Our experience renting at Landmark at Prescott Woods has been unsatisfactory. We have had issues with cockroaches, had a constant stream of work orders for maintenance on our unit. Our fridge went out twice which cost us a lot of money in groceries. Our kitchen had water leaking into it for a week before management sent anyone to fix the issue, and then we were left with warped wood on the door frame that never got fixed. Maintenance hung a towel rack by simply moving it over and leaving the old drill holes completely exposed without spackling or painting. Rent is being increased due to renovations on the exterior of the building, however, nothing is done to make sure that the interior is desirable. In order to go month to month after our lease is up, so that we can stay here for a couple more months before transitioning to a new town for a job, the monthly rent will go up by $300. Lawn maintenance routinely go by with leaf blowers and blow all of the dry leaves onto our ground level patio. We have had more issues here than I've ever had in any apartment I've lived in, across three states. I would not recommend it.
