Horrible communication from both the management as well as the office staff. Maintenance requests are rarely completed after the first call and usually require multiple calls to get things fixed properly. Common areas need to be cleaned and require some long overdue upkeep. Appliances are out of date and require a lot of work, but management refuses to replace without charging a monthly fee. Ample parking, but spaces do block pathways into the buildings.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take pride in the condition and cleanliness of the community, and we schedule routine trash pick ups and clean the grounds daily. We are waiting for the weather to clear up to fill some of the potholes in the parking lot, and hope to repair them soon.
