Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us that our residents are proud to call our community their home and we are delighted that you enjoy your home. However, we are disappointed that you feel that you have not received the best customer service. During a recent file audit, we found that there were some lease addendums not included in files, so we have contacted a few residents to sign such forms to complete the Lease Contract. Additionally, we have been short staffed and have had challenges completing service requests in a timely manner. We hope that we can change your mind about moving.
