The complex is really dirty now. Before was super clean. Now nobody clean the common areas, trash in the grass, the dumpster have trash on the floor and is really full. The pool every summer they close to fix something or because the health department close because the pool is dirty. And then they open it for two week and close another week. You put a service request and when you call to place the work order. They told I did for you already and they never show up to fixed. The water bill every month is more expensive. Pets control came, before every they never show up.
