The beginning of our experience here was rocky - there were a lot of mix ups on the part of the office staff as to when we were moving in, the monthly rent amount, and company providing renters insurance. The staff did not communicate clearly with each other or with us. Once, when my rent check bounced, I was not notified of it (sometimes they don't even cash the checks until the 6th or 7th of the month so I had no reason to worry). Then, on the 5th of the month I received a call from the manager notifying me that we would be evicted the next day unless we paid rent. They did not believe me when I told them I never received an eviction notice on the door, otherwise I would have paid right away. Again, just a lack of communication on the office staff's end. However, after 8 months of living here, communication has improved greatly. The office staff are friendly and not understaffed anymore. Service requests are completed in a reasonable amount of time. Valet trash is a mandatory $25 a month which kind of stinks, and they don't have recycling even though they claim to. But overall, a nice enough apartment.
