Very slow response to maintenance issues that were noted upon move in. It was only when I got upset and escalated the situation that anything was addressed. Two months later in this apartment and there are still remaining issues. There is constantly trash and old furniture in the parking lot. There was even an old door laying in the bushes outside my building for quite a while.
