I work as a nanny and the apartment kept having me jump through so many hoops just to prove that I get regularly paid and can afford to pay rent. It took a month with every week me having to turn in something else in to prove that I have a job. When we had looked at available units, we were told we would be given the upgraded unit (it includes a fireplace and vinyl wood flooring) for a set price that wouldn't change. A few days before we moved in we were told if we wanted wood floors it would be an extra charge each month. One of the only reasons we choose this apartment was for the washer & dryer, but when we moved in there was only the hookup for a washer and dryer. We were never told it was only a hookup and we would have to buy our own appliances and had they told us up front, we would have never moved in. We've only been living there for a few days and already I'm extremely disappointed living there. It's one of the cheaper places to live in the area but it's not worth it.
