I have only been in this apartment for one week but the staff has been very friendly and helpful so far. For example we received a package that was dropped off at the office, and I got an email stating that they will hold it for 72 hours and listing the office hours. Due to me and my roommate's work we cannot make those office hours until the weekend which would have been beyond the 72-hour limit. I responded to the email asking if they can hold it the extra day and a half and they promptly responded that that would be no problem, we could pick up a package on Saturday. It's those extra steps of communication as well as accommodation that make living in a place feel like home. There's nothing worse than living somewhere and feeling like the management is against you every step of the way. So far things have been great here and I look forward to the rest of my lease.
