I work from home, so having the water shut off during the day is a real pain & it happens FAR too often here, frequently with no notice. I understand emergencies arise, but it shouldn't be that hard to send out an email notice advising the expected length of the shut off. The last time it happened with no notice, I called the office to ask what was going on and why no notice had been sent and was told "we're very busy" with an attitude. Primary reason I'm not renewing my lease.
