My experience so far has been good overall. The management team responded to my inquiry quickly, and I set up a tour in the next few days. I decided to go for it, and I felt like it was a little tough getting the lease process over quickly (felt sometimes like I was chasing down admin when I'm trying to give them money or something). Move in day came, and the apartment wasn't ready until the afternoon- they replaced the carpet in the morning. It looks great though! Some minor maintenance was needed on move in and they addressed everything promptly. It's been a quiet and safe place for me in the first two weeks.
