My apt has had black mold and reg mold. I even changed apt and again mold in air ducks. I've had major issues over all. Like fire ant infestation issues inside the apt/bldg as a whole (neighbors apt too). Those issues have made me, my kid health an issue as a result I.e; asthma complications. These apt are very over priced for what one gets.

I stay for the sense of community. My neighbors are cool to alright.. that's a big step above horrible! AND the surrounding businesses, near by Brodie and southpark shopping centers have everything I need. I'm content with the location at all he moment.. Plus, Alamodraft house down the street...
