The management company has been very courteous and professional from the receptionist to the maintenance individuals. I am concerned about some trees that have died and have dead branches that are not trimmed. I hope that at some point people who have lived in the complex for 10 years or over are rewarded with lowered rental rates for longevity.

There is detail to the care of the apartments and their residents from trash removal, manicure of grounds, to plumbing and maintenance. I would suggest highly moving into The Landmark at Prescott Woods due to its location and the services rendered.
