The complex was good and one of the least expensive apartments in Austin. In many levels the apartments and management have improved. Still has room for improvement. Especially in regards to returning communication. As for the rent the cost has jumped up DRASTICALLY!!! It has gotten to the point people cannot afford it. They also make it very difficult to look elsewhere or even change apartments within the same cimplex.

For the most part it is a nice area and complex. The people in the apartment above me I think weigh 500lbs. Very noisy. Other tenants with dogs do not clean up after their dogs. So if you are walking at night you have to watch where you step
