Not great, neighbors are terrible with police being called for noise complaint and office staff do nothing about it. A/C hood cover fell off and hit me in the head it was fastened with screws and is molded out. Holes in ground around parking lot are filled with gravel instead of cement or asphalt so cars are taking a beating everyday. Office staff are rude and short tempered with the simplest of questions. Never use the trash valet but am being forces to pay for it. All this and rent is over a 1000 dollars for a one bes room.
