Maintenance is quick, but iffy. You might have someone screw your screen into the door when you ask for help getting it to slide or they might replace something efficiently. There's no pest control for the billions of wasps everywhere and there's bird ---- all over the walkways, doors, and lights that nobody ever cleans. Neighbors are loud and the complex does jack all about it even when you can hear each word in the lyrics through your wall. I've complained multiple times and they never once responded. Numbering is weird and packages and people always get lost or sent to the wrong apartment. The buildings are old and while I love the aesthetic, having the water turned off every few days or weeks because of busted pipes is a real ---- show. This started prior the the snowpocalypse, so that wasn't the problem. To sum it up, I'd call it loud, dirty, and charming in a semi-broken down kind of way.
