Pretty lame, not much different from any other predatory apartment complex. They force you to pay $35 for a guy to move your trash 20 yards from your porch to the dumpster, which means everyone's porch is decorated with a nasty plastic trash bin. They have a LOT of water issues, there's an outage or a geyser on the lawns every other week. There was once a giant oozing puddle from the water main that they took months to fix, all while paying for pointless stuff like Easter Bunnies and pizza parties. I am forced to park in this puddle on the curb, because they gleefully tow people's cars from right out in front of their homes for the crime of an expired registration. This is something that is legal in the state of Texas, but they don't need to do it. They could care less about you.
