The last few years, management has been lacking in communicating issues to residents. For example, laundry rooms became locked and needed a key to open, but no communication was sent out about this. I had to call the office to find this out and request a key. Also, the apartment office no longer accepts packages, but we had to find out from the post office (who doesn't deliver to our doors) that the apartments need to install parcel lockers. Packages now get automatically sent back to sender because there are no lockers and not enough space at the post office to store for pickup. When asked at the apartment office on their solution to this problem, they didn't have any answers and no timeline on when it would be resolved.
