Leasing office doesn't ever answer the phone, on any given day at any given time. The lack of phone presence isn't because the line is busy, they just don't answer. The only time I've ever been able to speak with someone at the leasing office is by going in person. I didn't get any notification that I would be losing access to my laundry machines and my entire patio for 3 weeks; I came home as usual and my laundry machines were disconnected and set out on my patio along with maintenance tools and garbage. I called countlessly and went in person 3 times to express this dissatisfaction and to ask when the unexpected maintenance would be complete, and each time I was told "I don't know but I can ask and then I'll email you before the day is up with an update." I was never given an update, even on my follow up visits. I check my email daily, checked my spam and junk, and indeed I was never alerted that my laundry machines and patio would be out of use for 3 full weeks, yet the office does not seem to care whatsoever. I'm not a resident that has ever sent any noise complaint ever (no matter what apartment complex), yet I send noise complaint after complaint and I was able to find out myself from my neighbor in question that they have never been told of any noise complaint violation. This survey came with impeccable timing because with how my experience has gone so far, I will not be renewing at the end of the lease. Truthfully, I would have already left if a contract did not exist. Please take these remarks into consideration to create a more pleasant living and working experience for all involved.
