Everything has been great other than the pool being closed the entire summer of 2022 with no updates and the trash service that we pay for on a monthly basis. The entire first half of the month (April 2023) our trash was only picked up a couple times. The vendor did not show up for 10 days straight, in doing so animals go into my trash and I had to clean it up. When we called up to the front office to make them aware, we were told "they should be picking up your trash" this did not bring a resolution to an issue we were having. Our rent was raised drastically over this past year, and as a resident in the community who pays their dues on time, some respect from the front office would be nice.
