Good---but beware of rent/rate hikes

Be careful about how good a deal or promotion you are getting if and when you move here. It's a nice place but if you come in on a good "deal" you could be very unpleasantly surprised when it comes time to sign your new lease. Be warned. Come at a time when they are NOT offering good "deals" and you MIGHT be in a better position. Anything's possible. I would recommend this complex---just be careful about the above mentioned potential problem.
