I was pleasantly surprised about the community activities that are organized for the residents. With prompting but without pressure, residents are invited to the office several times in a month to enjoy a variety of events such as a delivery of fresh produce, donuts & coffee and a burgers on the grill. These kinds of gatherings promote a family atmosphere.

Seriously love this community, they truly care for their residents. The only thing is pet deposit is pretty high, I think - $400.00. If I wanted a cat and a dog, that's $800.00 which is pretty steep.

My neighbors and I tend to keep to ourselves and are somewhat respectful of each other's space. The area is convenient for the commute to work in downtown. Elliot (Maintenance) is always so helpful and is on top of the service requests I submit.

An excellent experience in this property in all respects, but I just want to warn you about the issue of the rent value. I think it has increased a lot, as it increased by $ 500 for the first residence in this complex every year, and this thing is very expensive for those with limited income. Please look into this issue. Everything is fine, and we thank Mr. AA for his service in this complex

It's been great, office staff is professional and friendly. I have never had an issue they were unable to assist with. Maintenance is great. The location is amazing close to Town Lake, and downtown. The upgrades to the amenities.

It's a wonderful community and very appealing what got my attention was the color of the building and the rap around patio!! I like having the gym open 24 hours and the pool closes at ten! This is a safe neighborhood to live in!!

Fast and efficient maintenance. Grounds are always clean. The trees and grass are always well kept, as is the swimming pool area. The remodel of the complex has done a lot to enhance the aesthetic appeal.

I've never had any issues with office staff nor neighbors. It's a pretty friendly and quiet community. The property has been newly remodeled and makes it stand out. Loving the new look. Love that the pool is opened from spring break to around Halloween so that I can take my grandchildren swimming.

Good community and the staff is always there for you if any problem. Nearby to many grocery stores. The security in the in the community is good. Reasonable rent in the heart of downtown. Highly recommendable to everyone.

Construction seems to be done for the most part. Hopefully the constant number of water shut offs will be reduced as well. Staff are typically sweet and understanding to talk to but I have made 2 inquiries about an issue in my apt that I have not heard back from. Have asked multiple times but still no answer.

I like living in these apartments. Everyone is friendly especially the office staff. The maintenance staff are friendly and responds quickly .This community is so quiet (peaceful). The apartment is close to anything I need( HEB,CVS And aerport).

I moved in while the property was under construction. The first few months were an adjustment. My upstairs neighbor has been an issue, but it's been reported and the management has been dealing with him. Now the property feels peaceful and I'm enjoying living here.

Lexington Hills has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. Any maintenance issues were resolved immediately. They are very communicative regarding water shutoffs , or anything like that, which is bound to happen at older complexes. For the price my apartment was phenomenal. Never had any issues with neighbors. During literal crisis events such as the winter freeze they supplied food and water to residents. Professional and friendly management and maintenance personnel, who live on site. Truly fantastic apartment complex that I am sad to be leaving.

I love living here. The property is beautiful, rental rates are reasonable, and they maintain the property (which is beautiful, by the way). I've been here for a decade and have no plans to move. I would recommend it if asked.

The staff here is very friendly, apartments are being updated as we speak, maintenance folks do a good job and a quiet place to live. Close to downtown restaurants and grocery stores. Have a beautiful view of a downtown skyline and you're close to highways and the airport and there's no noise from them.

Experience same issues persistently : water issues that lead to water shut off from 8-16 hours three to four times a month all year long, ventilation issues causing uneven temperatures as well as holes in walls caused by construction onsite. office was caught lying more than once concerning water problems confirmed through the facts retrieved by The City of Austin. when frustration was expressed, the office retaliated with a lease violation which can lead to eviction. this property issues has lead to mental and physical health issues they are aware of.
