Love it here

I've been here over a year. When I first got here there was a lot of construction going on due to renovations. The construction workers were respectful and worked pretty fast. I really liked that the apartment complex kept us up-to-date via texts and emails. A few weeks ago I was outside on a day when the weather had a heat wave of 120 degrees. I underestimated the temperature and only brought one water bottle with me after leaving work. I walked 1.5 miles and was experiencing heat exhaustion. I pushed myself to get to the bus stop. When i finally got off the bus by the apts, I immediately stopped by the office to get some water. I really needed water. I walked in and asked, "Is there any water I an have? I'm experiencing heat exhaustion." Darcey got up and went to get me a water bottle. She brought out a water and a Gatorade. I chose the water. Veronica said, "you can have both". So I sat down in the office area and cooled down. That was the same day we had Fresh Food Friday. So I stuck around for that. On June 1st I came home to renewal letter on my door. I had just told someone that Tuesday that lease renewals was approaching and I was scared. She told me, "you don't have to worry about it right now." Coming home that day with that letter brought me into an anxiety attack. I immediately broke down in tears because of my current life situation. It was one more thing I needed to deal with and added the cherry on top of my issues. Before I got home that day I had realized it was my first good day in about a month. Life is hitting me in every direction right now coming home to that really added a new layer of stress. I called the office in emotional distress to get clarification. I spoke with Shelby. She reassured me that it was going to be okay. She said, "come in tomorrow and bring me your paycheck stubs" I went to the office the following day and spoke with Shelby. She went over my paycheck stubs and mentioned that I still qualified. She calmed me down twice. I left the office in complete relief. Both of our maintenance workers are AMAZing. Pete and Elliott are friendly, thorough, and are pretty cool guys. When I'm walking around the complex and I see them, they both say Hi. At my other apartments maintenance wouldn't do that when they drove around in their golf carts. Just shows me that Pete and Elliott like what they do. When the construction was going on and the kitchen window was replaced, my blinds broke. I put in a maintenance request for replacement. The next morning my blinds were replaced. Lastly, I just want to say that I enjoy where I live and hope I can be here for many more years.

I love it here. I like my balcony, I like my apartment, I like that there is a window in my kitchen. I like how I have a fireplace. I also like the color of the exterior on buildings. It's super pretty and actually my favorite color. Blue. The staff and maintenance crew are typically very helpful. The main issue I have, lately, is not being re-contacted. I've called two times and I have not gotten a callback. It would have been very helpful to have a callback so that the person that came to spray wouldn't have to come back. The lack of communication from the office is why he has to come back. It is very important to give residents a call back. I leave voicemail messages and nothing. I sent an email with pictures of my fire place this is literally cracking. When I first moved on I notice that the back wall was very black. I am just now learning fireplaces and fire safety. Had I know the fireplace want clean after the other residence who lived here, I wouldn't have used it. I'm terrified of fires that can ruin many peoples life in this building. Due to the lack of communication here, I will be without a fireplace as it was recommended from my renters insurance agent. Now that I know it's compromised I will not be using it this winter. I haven't always had one. So I'm okay without. I didn't have a fireplace at my old place and I survived the snowpocalypse. And I also don't wanna lose my place because of me too pushy. I hate making these review and sharing my experience if it's bad. I'm struggling with things like this. I really do thank the dude who came here to spray. He did spray everywhere; thank you. But he didn't spray where it needed to be. The colony of ants. Anyways. You all for what y'all do.

I really like it here. It's crime quiet, and quiet, and the office staff is amazing, thorough, and show that they care about me. I loooooove my unit and the lcoation of my unit. Thank you for allowing me to live on this property. I appreciate you all.

I love this community and my apartment complex. Veronica is the one who ran all my paperwork and told me I was approved. I literally and honestly cried because I was so excited. My other apt raised my rent more than half of what I was paying. I was afraid to be homeless. But the day I got approved I had a huge weight lifted off of me. Honestly?.a huge weight. I also like how quiet it is around the complex. The staff communicates with about the remodeling and water shut off. We know what will show up tomorrow if anything does. So I like that. I also looooove my unit and my balcony. A balcony and washer and dryer connections was the main things I was looking for. Oh. And I also like that there are events at the office. I'm sure as the years go by I'll have more good experience. I'm on month 3. I look forward to being here for years. Maintenance is amazing too. They are punctual and make sure it's right. Thank you.
