Always having issues with the laundry mats the washing machines and dryers are out of date in room two of Lexington hills apartments I wouldn't mind spending more money on better machines I've talking to Shelby about the situation and no resolution has come from it but maintenance is great, Elliot is always helpful.

At the beginning of my lease everything was smooth and fine until I started having issues with upstair neighbors and staff. Elliot the maintenance has been the only one helpful. Shelby the staff member has been rude and ignorant. Neighbors throw trash off their patio.

The area is convenient for me since I work downtown, however, I had issues with former and current office staff. Shelby is no longer employed but she was rude, made remarks and just seemed to have an uptight attitude. As for maintenance, Elliot is just really nice and works hard as far as I can see, if I make a request for maintenance I always ask for him.

Moving in was really easy and a breeze, I have been living here for a couple of years and the only thing I had personally had an issue with, which I'm sure most people do, is with nosy neighbors that you simply do not get along with even if you mind your own business. As for the property, they often have to shut off the water system to work on the plumbing through the whole complex but the management usually gives out a notice days before the water is shut off letting their residents plan ahead of time. Other then that the area is convenient if you are commuting close to downtown, which is where my job is located.
