Experience same issues persistently : water issues that lead to water shut off from 8-16 hours three to four times a month all year long, ventilation issues causing uneven temperatures as well as holes in walls caused by construction onsite. office was caught lying more than once concerning water problems confirmed through the facts retrieved by The City of Austin. when frustration was expressed, the office retaliated with a lease violation which can lead to eviction. this property issues has lead to mental and physical health issues they are aware of.

be aware of constant water problems. staff sends unnecessary emails all day everyday while ignoring major maintenance problems. water is off at the least three to four times a month. construction caused internet connectivity issues that are still on going and knocked holes in walls adding to weathering issues inside unit like uneven temps (freezing in some areas and hot in others) that caused health problems for my family. don't waste your time or money. no one should be subject to these conditions.

Good area at an affordable price. Staff is nice and helpful. Neighbors are nice and helpful and watch out for me often. Grounds are clean and maintenance is nice and prompt. Rent didn't go up alot.

Terrible plumbing bad communication maintenance has entered my unit WITHOUT notification which IS AGAINST THE LAW and unsafe.........................!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE STOP ENTERING MY UNIT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

I recommend anyone wanting to rent here do their proper research. Theres quite a few things i discovered AFTER move in, mainly the lack of security, that would have likely changed prior to moving in!
