My experience has been pure garbage. Neighbors are too loud, there's trash and glass everywhere on the complex and it's not cleaned up, the water is turned off at least once a month for hours on end under the claim of "busted pipes" and the front office just sits around and does nothing.

Neighbors are way too loud and annoying, staff doesn't seem interested in resolving any problems at the complex. The neighborhood itself seems grimy and dangerous. It has good amenities, but that is about it.

This place seems pretty good, so far. It is relatively quiet, it is close to my current occupation so it wastes less time and less gas, and I feel a whole lot safer here than at my old apartment complex.
