Pros: affordable. Cons: the buildings are old and the water is shut off at least once a month for repairs. The floor is slanted which comes with issues when you spill something or use a chair with wheels.

The water is shut off at least once a month for repairs. Every single month. Management is good about communicating these issues but maintenance is not running efficiently. Issues don't get resolved or no one shows up at all.
