Fast and efficient maintenance. Grounds are always clean. The trees and grass are always well kept, as is the swimming pool area. The remodel of the complex has done a lot to enhance the aesthetic appeal.

The property and buildings are always well maintained and are a great value!! Maintenance is always quick to get things fixed. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is always clean, and the neighbors are friendly!

Lexington Hills is an older community, but well maintained. Management and Maintenance are very responsive to the residents. A big plus is location-convenient to the central Austin nightlife, as well as museums, restaurants, shopping etc.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always available to answer questions or addressing maintenance requests. It is always good to know that the office staff is there to make the community a better place. Always a pleasure to interact with Shelby, Veronica and Elliot.
