It was rough. 

As a small example; although it is advertised as an amenity, the pool was locked up from November to mid-March, which would also make the grills inaccessible. It was not until the Pandemic that they pulled out a griil and chained it just outside the pool fence. 

We loved our home throughout. However, in the end, the administration's callousness and hostility (for far more than just the previously stated) was inexcusable.

We are dying here without water!  

It has been past 24 hours now and they are telling us that our water won&#39;t be on till midnight tonight!
We have no where to go and they tell us that the corporate office will not reimburse us for a hotel room!

Keep in mind when your water is off&#44; you can only use the toilet so much because it will not flush! You cannot take a shower&#44; or even wash your hands.  Forget about drinking water.  WE NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AT WENDY&#39;s AND BUY WATER AT HEB.  

IT MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY MORE UNDERSTANDABLE IF THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME BUT IN TOTAL THERE HAS BEEN OVER 10 NOTICES NOW IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS!

This has been the longest I have experienced living with no water here. BUT I am sure it will not be the last and the neighbor is telling me that in the last four years&#44; the longest has been 8 days consecutively without water!  She also informed me that they used to leave gallons of water for the tennants every time.  Now we are lucky to get a notice about it!

TIME FOR SOME ACTION WATER SHUTOFFS ARE NOW ONCE A WEEK!

I have lived here 1 1/2 years and never have i ever heard of or recieved a notification on the office now closing at 5:30pm.  On many occasions i&#39;ve arrived minutes before 6pm.  The sign says 6pm so it should&#39;ve stayed open until 6pm! I arrived from work at the office about 6 min before 6pm to get my package before leaving out of town and it was closed.  I was pissed.

I&#39;ve had my rent checks stolen by their last property manager AFTER moving in to the shittiest apartment ever and it took 4 months and calling corporate before anyone would redo my countertops because the maintenance team said they used a regular can of spray paint and no protective coating&#44; it took them almost a month to fix my front door and my downstairs neighbor&#39;s because shutting our front door shook the entire building and for them to actually get the domestic issues to stop&#44; now the water is getting shut off more frequently than ever&#44; the cold water is scortching hot or it&#39;s not hot out of the HOT section&#44; now an office staff is discussing my complaint letter with my neighbor and acusing him of being in on it with me to complain when he just moved in a month ago!!!!  WORST PLACE EVER!!!!  DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT IGNORE ALL THESE COMPLAINTS THERE &#39;S A REASON PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING!  PAY MORE AND GET TREATED BETTER. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE SCUM EVEN IF YOU ARE A WORKING PROFESSIONAL OR STUDENT.

After I dropped off a letter the next morning to the office stating it should NOT have been closed and to please allow my neighbor to come pick it up&#44; the leasing agent Aaron (girl) had the NERVE to discuss my complaint letter to him!  She had NO RIGHT to do that and a resident&#39;s file or anything in that file is CONFIDENTIAL.  She also had the audacity to tell my neighbor that &#34;we&#34; must be in on complaining together.  He just moved here a month ago and the told him they order a part for him and a month later said nothing was ordered!  He has his own issues and i have problems too and there are many others according to these ratings that have issues too.

I&#39;ve emailed Adara Communities&#44; the new property owners&#44; and dealing directly with them because I am fed up with all the major problems and the worst part about dealing with an issue is when the leasing office staff is rude and disrespectful.  I actually got someone that replied to my email and called me to speak to me and I&#39;ve informed them of everything I&#39;ve dealt with.  So here&#39;s their contact.  Speak up&#44; it&#39;s the only way people will take you seriously now a days is to call corporate:

Office Closed Early For No Reason / Leasing Agent Breaching Resident Confidentiality / Contact Info For Corporate & TAA

Pool turning green&#44; hot tub is so filthy you can&#39;t see the bottom of it.  this place cannot maintain the pool no matter how many complaints or health dept visits.  do not move here if you ever want to swim. and there was a used diaper sitting next to the hot tub.  no one picks up the trash out there&#44; and no one waters the poor dying plants.

AGAIN WITH THE POOL

the buildings are falling apart. large cracks in the walls. foundations are cracking. they are working on painting the buildings but some of the issues are simply being covered. this place is a major accident waiting to happen.

The property is run down and not being fixed or maintained. The staff could careless and are only here to get their paycheck. Good luck getting anything fixed&#44; I&#39;ve had a work order in for over four months. Despite several calls and promises to have things fixed&#44; they still are not. Take a look at the pictures I have included and decide for yourself.

In love this community had some issues with plumbing but was taken care of in a timely manner I have no complaints I've been here for a while to see improvements everyone is doing a wonderful job too keep this community safe and clean

I am very pleased, satisfied with all the personnel and technicians accuracy and promptness in the solving of any problems that we've had. Very responsible and respectful. I recommend them all. Happy with my community. I appreciate it. Thank you all.

My overall experience with this community is very good. The management and maintenance staff preforms thier duty to my knowledge very well. I have no complaints from the service i have recieved. The entire time has be wonderful. I would like to continue my stay.

I like this complex it is calm nice, and good services . I recommend this complex for my friends because it has a great location. It is close to down town, shopping center. Also it is good price for rent compared with others.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always available to answer questions or addressing maintenance requests. It is always good to know that the office staff is there to make the community a better place. Always a pleasure to interact with Shelby, Veronica and Elliot.

The staff at Lexington hills is amazing is one of the well maintained building in this area I love the quiet and friendly neighborhood and the price for the rent is one of the most fair in this area I love my

I feel good at the moment.I've been treated cordially ..respect and good manners from all the staff.
Seems that the condo was kind os missattended and you can see in some areas poor attention to green areas and flooding are visible.

I like these apartments due to the fact it is very close to my job and down town where I work , staff is very good at responding to any concerns we have and they make us two meaning my mom like we are home. If we have any issues we let the girls at the office know ad it is taken care of proply. Mantnice is very quick at repairing any problems we mite have.And these apt are very adorable comparing to others around here in this area. Over all year to live here.

Except for water being turned off a little too often, I like it a lot here at Lexington Hills. One other thing: one of my staff that comes to visit me each day, tripped on a water drain that was lying close to my apartment and he broke his leg; my point being, it will be nice when all walkways leading up to apartment doors are evened, flat and safe. Beyond that, I'm happy here; office staff are great and H-E-B is close enough to where I can walk there and get my daily exercise.

I wanted to transfer my lease and the GM gave me inx to do so and then ignored me for months on end. After chronic water shut downs, and my sink being cross contaminated with the sewage line and overflowing, and my work being interrupted early in the AM due to a jackhammer blasting through the concrete outside of my door as worker attempted to gain access to sewage lines ( and the same outside of my bedroom window), the person no longer wanted to take my lease bc of this, and I tried to reach the manager Shelby to speak about a move out time frame due to GIANT man holes left around the property as well as one outside of my front door (that was simply being covered with plywood during after-hours) and she ignored me as well for weeks and months. When I finally sent an email with the move out date and detailing why, she showed at my door unannounced a handyman demanding to check my floor for holes and saying she did not need to give me notice (which is untrue). Also the handyman was holding a personal print out of an email I sent her in his hand which is a serious violation of privacy. She completely misinterpreted my email in order to cause strife and it could have cost me my job. Staff Also has no training toward cultural or religious sensitivities. I was also given an apartment that was right next to the entrance of the underground sewage area, and had 5+ workers blocking my door on any given day, at times with a wheelbarrow. All of my concerns sent to the front office, were flatly and blatantly ignored. Serious fire hazard /No disregard for safety whatsoever. Amongst other things such as all day water shutdowns, and the construction crew using my balcony as storage, and having to take several days off of work due to drilling and jackhammering that also fractured the plumbing and caused water damage in the wall, I was alerted one morning that that the construction crew would be moving the building while we were inside and to leave the door open while they did so so we did not get locked in. All of this also occurred on the last month I resided at the residence and I was still harassed to continue my lease, even though I would simply not be able to continue with my employment while doing so. If you decide to sign a lease here, please remember you have been warned.

Terrible Environment 

It is a good place to live near of everything. School buses store supermarket and a good fast food near.The place is great to live and it now better because they are remodeling it.  The price are good and still better than other places .so my mom and myself are happy to live here??????????

Awful, the staff isn't responsive in a timely manner and I've had my car broken into twice on property. I've also tried calling security multiple times and haven't received a response or call back either. Someone a few buildings over was shot in the face a few months ago.

Me acabo de mudar pero todo a ido de maravilla es un lugar muy bonito limpio y ordenado se siente una tranquilidad tan agradable, la AdministraciÃ³n a sido muy amable atenta y encantadora con migo y mi familia ellas son muy atentas, agradezco a la Manager administrativa Veronica Martinez por su agradable atenciÃ³n muy profesional a estado siempre atenta a cualquier cosa desde que nos mudamos, el precio y la calidad de este lugar es insuperable.

One request.. what are the chances of getting some recycling dumpsters: the little green recycling bins fill up to fast and there are many days when I'm unable to recycle because those green cans are full.
