It was rough.
As a small example; although it is advertised as an amenity, the pool was locked up from November to mid-March, which would also make the grills inaccessible. It was not until the Pandemic that they pulled out a griil and chained it just outside the pool fence.
We loved our home throughout. However, in the end, the administration's callousness and hostility (for far more than just the previously stated) was inexcusable.
