Very nice when they were a Verde property but they were bought out by Colonial Grand. I agree with the other comments, many hidden fees not stated(trash, paying for your own light bulbs, etc.) The parking has become an issue. They took away the pool table in the gaming center and replaced it with chairs. No issues with the staff so I can not comment on staff. Maintenance use to be within 24 hours and now any work orders you put in don't get done until 48 hrs. later. If you decide not to renew your lease just make sure you give a literal day for day 60 day notice (contrary to what their letter stated) because they will pro-rate you the month to month rate for any days after your 60 day notice. Lease up September 5 and needed to give notice by July 7 as stated on the letter, I did this and they are pro-rating those extra 2 days. I would not say this is a bad place to live, just make sure you ask about all the hidden fees.. (ie. trash fee, light bulbs, air filters, etc.) just so you are not caught off guard when you pick up your keys. I will be happy to go. I am not sure I would want to be around here much longer if it continues the way it is.
