After living here almost two months, I feel like I can make a decent review. This place is SO NICE. Everything is clean, up to date, and, for the most part, quiet. Even the office staff is exceptional, and are always helpful. My apartment even came with a brand new W/D upon move in. And my electricity bill was only 65 dollars last month (and in Texas in the summer that's pretty freaking cheap). Honestly, the only downside is parking like other people have mentioned. The lot is well lit and safe, but your chances of finding a space after 6pm are slim to none...unless you want to walk a bit from your space to your front door. And maybe the walls between the bedrooms could use a little more insulation, but the noise is not unlike any other apartment. If you don't want to hear any noise don't rent an apartment. Also, I feel like I should mention that the security here is great. The community is gated, my apartment has a security system, and there are also double dead-bolts on my front door. Not to mention that the porch has it's own door with a dead-bolt that you have to go through before you can even get to the front door. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family.
