Upon moving in, ants were found all in the carpet in every room, cockroaches have been found up to 3 inches long and I keep the apartment clean and dishes done. Never any parking past 6 or 7 pm unless it is the weekend, even then good luck. Upstairs neighbor trashes the property around me littering objects like dvd cases, cigarette butts, cigarette cartons, plastic bags, fast food trash, and beer cans. The upstairs neighbor have even gone so far to throw their trash, cigarette cartons, directly onto my patio as retaliation for calling the office to tell them about the neighbors. I have contacted the office about this issue, they responded with saying they needed a picture which I picked it up, I'm not leaving trash on my patio. They don't even pick up the trash around the property so why would I leave it there. I have emailed them, called, went in to the office directly to complain and nothing was ever done. Trash still is being littered, office does nothing with complaints. They ignore you with whichever way you choose to contact them with an issue, don't even bother talking to them about problems. The gates are never working properly so it is always open, there is one entrance gate...they can't fix the one gate they have? No storage space in the unit, worse in the kitchen at least in my one bedroom unit. The valet trash service costs $30 a month no opting out, they don't even pick it up on some nights, they are supposed to pick it up 5 out of the 7 days of the week unless a holiday and have had an instance where a straight 3 days they did not come by, so why should I have to pay that much for unreliable services. Office staff throws ridiculously loud pool parties, unappropriate music is being played around kids and they will close the office early for these events and ignore you when seeing you at the front door. The grounds are trashed not just around my patio, with fast food trash and party cups. Not one good thing I can say about this property, they just want your money.
