reasonable rent, 25 minutes to downtown, walking distance to shopping, clean, quick service, people are respectful, the only thing is they need to enforce cleaning after your dog policy in the small dog park.

I'm ok with paying all the unnecessary extra monthly fees but at least hire someone professional to manage your leasing office.
The manager at the leasing office is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. you'll experience that first hand once you get there for any reason.
I went there to get an extra remote for the gate she was extremely impatient, first she said you can't, then she said you have to pay $50 then $100. It would be ok if she wasn't so rude.
There's a lot of decent places in the area, take your time before making a decision.
