I had issues with the community right off the back. I wish i could have seen my unit before signing my lease. There is only (1) person in the office that is nice but she has no authority. Management is rude and very accusing. The gates are always broken and parking is always a mess. Here in the last 2 months the power keeps going out. No one has contact me to explain what has happen. When i called to ask questions i was told it was the power companies issue. Overall if you want to keep your tenants someone happy, the office needs to work on their customer service.
