When we moved to Austin we visited several rental apartment complexes but Colonial Grand was the best in all the aspects, location of the property, rent, size and layout of the apartment, cleanliness and facilities provided are few to call out and on top of all these great things, front office is extremely cordial and helpful and so as the service department.
Management is very courteous, helpful and quick for any maintenance request. The property is very well maintained and green and kept clean all the time. It has a very well maintained dedicated dog park, which is a bonus for dog lovers.
This is best location from traffic prospective too, they have two gates to access to I-35 with light free turns for both I-35 North and south, which saves a lot of time. 2 gas stations, car mechanic, dry cleaners are right next to the property. HEB is less then half a mile, Huge park and Wells branch library is just a mile or so.
Rest all the major stores Walmart, Kohls, Lowes, Home Depot, ToysRus, Sears, Hobby Lobby Car Max etc? all are just a mile or so away which is a great convenience.
Also they have community programs time to time which are fun for both kids and Adults like egg hunting, valentine party, pet lovers meet & greet.
I would absolutely recommend colonial grand as all in all it?s a great place to live, with fantastic management and speedy maintenance team, which also changes the air-filter every month free of cost of there own. Just Amazing :)
