I've been here about 5 years and until recently I've had no complaints. The office management has always been on top of things and been most helpful whenever an issue came up. Recently that has seemed to be lax at best. Maintenance used to be very professional and wore uniforms so you could identify who was entering your apartment ... Not any more. On the upside they've finally got a permit parking system going into effect soon so maybe that'll help with the parking situation.
