It hasn't been a great experience that started at the time of move-in. I moved from another one of their properties in Plano. Long story short, the unit was not acceptable for move-in. I should have walked the unit before I signed the lease. Management did the absolute bare minimum. The unit smelled like the previous resident and you could tell they didn't even try to get rid of the smell. They didn't even do a touch up paint. I am in the business so I know what a make ready should like. Eight months later, there is still a smell. There is a trash problem at the community; however, I do see a very slight improvement. I'm not happy but I can't really do anything since I'm in a lease. It's close to my job and rent is reasonable. I don't feel unsafe although there appears to be a lot of traffic in and out of the property. I pull up at times and there is a line to get into the gate. Management has been responsive but I feel they are just saying what I want to hear. They were built in 2008 but they look older on the inside possibly due to lack of maintaining the property. The outside would look nicer if they could get the trash issue under control.
