These apartments look very nice on the but they are horrible! Thin walls, rodent problems no one seems concerned about, but me because it's my apt! They force you to pay $50 for a cable company you don't as any additional add ones make it very expensive to have cable! They will tell you all service requests are answered within 24 hours but that is no longer the case. Good luck getting anyone with a week. My dishwasher has been broken and "waiting on a part" for over a month. When I inquired about the wait it they respondes with by saying they don't know and there is nothing they can do but wait. I asked if that meant I could be waiting until my lease was up in another 2 1/2 more months and they replied with we hope not but yes it could. How is this even ok?! I pay for a working dishwasher!
