It's been generally positive. There were some issues moving in, we didn't get all the information we needed, and there are move-in issues that still need to be corrected, but they aren't dealbreakers.
There are some overall issues I think the complex needs to address:
- The dumpsters are frequently over-filled with trash bags piled next to them; I don't know if that's the valet trash service or something else, but it's both unsightly and a health hazard. We've had a few problems with Valet Trash not picking up like they're supposed to, but an email to the front office has straightened those out for the moment.
- I don't think the parking lot is patrolled like it's supposed to be. We're frequently having to park a distance away from our building in the late evening, especially on weekends.
- The call box is broken, which means paging people through after office hours either requires us to go down to open the gate ourselves or the visitor needs to wait until someone else drives through. This is a safety issue.
Management is always very nice and responsive when we contact them, and the one time we've had an after-hours maintenance emergency thus far, the response was prompt and professional.
