The staff is excellent, always friendly and attentive, and the amenities are top-notch, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.     Beautiful apartment and amenities, but noise is a large issue. Footsteps shake the ceiling, and virtually all noise from neighboring upstairs units is clear as day for anyone not on the top floor. If you value quiet, and are looking for a calm environment, this is not the place for you.

      Nice looking but poor management. Never answered the request to remove pests etc. Poor management system - Not good at handover. Even a new loom has lots of scratches They don't care about details - irregular moldings, broken shelves, scratched floors and furniture

        Beautiful facility and brand new apartments never-before-rented.. However, many are still under construction so there are frequently doors propped open for maintenance, and maintenance crews regularly try to enter my unit without warning.

          Fantastic (and safe) location! The covered garage is a huge plus, offering plenty of available parking spaces. The gym is impressively spacious, making it a perfect alternative to a paid gym membership. The amenities are top-notch, including everything you could want for pets, a beautiful pool, well-maintained grills, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Highly recommended!

            Resident portal and communication need improvements. Building under construction, but apartments and areas need to be completed correctly, not quickly and overlooking quality. Cleanliness and eliminating bugs need immediate attention.

              I really enjoy this community. The staff is very kind and prompt. Maintenance was speedy upon my request. community is quiet and safe. Construction is still in process so sometimes the doors are left propped open which is inconvenient. but doors are closed at night

                I do not think I have lived at the community long enough to truly describe my experience, also until the building is finished I cannot give an accurate answer because construction has been playing a role in my overall opinion of the property

                  Still under construction. Some chaos. Hoping upkeep gets better. The apartments are well equipped and finish are high end. The entrance and amenities are well maintained. High floors need more attention.
