The maintenance team is outstanding and the portal system is always highly effective with rapid responses. Both guys on the maintenance team have great knowledge and skill in making repairs or adjustments. Plus, they are friendly and pleasant to have in your apartment.

The entire staff are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable place to live as a senior. They are very responsive to requests for service or assistance. The only concern most of us share is the lack of staff on cite on Sunday, which makes it difficult for guests to come in and we must go down to the front door to let them in.
