Overall its good. I would expect more from a community that is for people of a certain age, but its not a bad place to live. The surrounding area is great for shopping and its located centrally in the Austin area. The price is an issue though, but with Austin being what it is...what can you expect.

Overall the experience here has been great, however there have been a few issues. I am aware that in every situation there will be issues great and small but what bothers me the most is presenting a issue to the management team and not getting a response regardless of what the issue concerns. I understand the busyness that can plague staff members, but good customer service always seek to solve an issue no matter how big or small or at least present a response.
