Great apartment, wonderful staff. Overall; fabulous place to live.

I moved to San Marin in August of 2002 because the complex just accross the greenbelt (Mesa Verde) hiked my rent to the market rate after being there only 6 months. <br> <br>The staff at San Marin were great. I´ve loved my apartment from day one. The only issue I had was the limited covered parking near my actual apartment but I fixed that by renting one of the garages (which comes in handy to safeguard your car from the elements). I´ve never had any problems at San Marin; any time repairs were needed in the apartment (only 3 times if memory serves me correctly and they were minor), they had the problem fixed within 24 hours of me calling the office. I love the fact that you can rent the DVDs for free as well as use the mountain bikes free of charge. The workout facilities are good too. <br> <br>I would recommend this complex to anyone. If I wasn´t moving out of state, I´d stay here as long as possilbe. <br> <br>One thing I´ve always been impressed with was the very personal service I felt I always received. People there remember your name when you come in; that really makes a difference!
