POOL FILLED WITH SKIN AND HAIR!!!

Since JPI PROPERTIES took over these apartments BOTH pools have been DISGUISTING. When the old management was here both pools were pristine. Plain and simple. I can say without a doubt that the new management (JPI PROPERTIES) has been a definite change for the worse. JPI PROPERTIES claims the pools are disgusting because of a broken pump. If this is the case they obviously don t want to spend the money to fix it because said pump(s) has been broken since they took over the property over 7 months ago. The quality of the pools literally changed over night when that change happened. To solve this situation (because they care about their residents so much) they have instructed maintenance to dump a bunch chemicals into the stagnant water just before the weekend. As the week goes by the water gets greener and greener and then on Friday they have maintenance dump a bunch of chemicals again! If you really want a TREAT, put on some swim goggles and swim a few laps. So if you like to swim in SKIN PARTICLES, HAIR and a ridiculous amount of CHLORINE live here! Bottom line this management from JPI PROPERTIES is just in it to make money off of the residents not create a pleasant place to live that s worth the price you ll be paying. If you want to discuss any of this with them, I would recommend going by Monday Friday because despite the sign (from previous management) stating that they are open on Saturday and Sunday, you won t find anyone working there during the stated hours!
