WARNING!

We lived in these apts in pharse II beginning 01/2008 & are very dissat.with the entry ball of wax, poor management, poor maintenance, poor, ground maintenance & unsafe. Examples We had a fire in our apt bldg, i called magmnt when i return from out of town, & talked to a staff member, she was clueless, you think they would have included this in they monday morning meetings.I also talked to gen mager about it & i could tell she was blowing smoke. Maintenance dept has a very poor response time, i don't know if it due to office staff poor habits of not entering request into system, or they plan lazy plus past ghosting experince in your apt for sure. Apts ground are layed on great, but with it come to the apt staff maintaining it sucks, dumpers are always overflooding, never gas in grill most renter @ this point purchase own gas, hot tub only works 60% of time due to being broken, grounds around pool alway trashy. Bottom line is this property seem to have a money to maintain it correctly regardless what they say, proof is in the lack of maintenance staff not in the numbers in sale /office staff, they are there to sell you the place not do the maintenance. Don't let them fool you! P.S. They just gotten a park time walk around security due to numberous break in of apts & cars, this is on 03/3009. the security is not even in a golf cart, i see him walking daily from 1 complex to other, when i driving around on a daily basis now that sucks for security issues.
