A Happy Place to Call Home in Austin; Great location & Stellar Property Personnel

I relocated to Austin last Halloween from Houston and I am Super glad I chose San Marin as my new home! I just renewed my lease for another year because of the professionalism across the board. The location is ideal for getting around town via short commutes, the apartments are elegant and spacious AND the property is well maintained. I live on the 2nd floor and had a toilet clog up; I calld the office to report it and a maintenance guy came out the same day to clear it! I'm not really surprised . . . these people are PRO's. I have cool neighbors in my building and in other surrounding buildings as well. Everytime I drive thru the property and see an employee, they always smile & wave to me! Plus, they have 2 gate accesses; one directly in front of the office and one while travelling west before the light at Amherst/Duval. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they have recycling cans at various places on the property; it's a definite PLUS in my book!
