Verified Resident ā¢ 2012 - 2014
I have been Extremely happy with the Maintenance Team at San Marin. They are always very Curteous and thorough when making Repairs. Unless, it is an emergency, the maintenance team is prompt. I do trust the workers to enter my Apartment and have never had any issues in Regards to Theft etc...Whenever I had several issues in Regards to my Toilet overflowing. Lloyd ordered a New Toilet and checked the Work Done after the New Toilet was Installed. The only Issue I had whenever the Toilet was Broken was given there is Only One Toilet in my Apartment, at times it took too Long to get someone to Come out and Repair it. It was an inconvience for Me to walk up to the Office whenever I needed to Use the Restroom. However, once my New Toilet was Installed, I have Never had any Issues Since. I am Very Content with the Maintenance Team at San Marin. I Do have One Serious Concern wat San Marin. I have noticed that the Past Six Months or So, many New Residents whom appear to be Very Young and Wheckless have been causing Issues for the More Mature Responsible Residents whom Already Reside Here. It is much louder in the Evenings and I have Witnessed on more then One Occasion Couples Yelling and Causing Trouble after Hours.. I am Also Aware of one Resident whom is Dealing Drugs..I know that Personnal is Aware of This, However the Resident is still Dealing. I have also Witnessed a couple of My Neighbors Under the Influence of Drugs. I am Very Concerned that Office Staff is letting too Many young, immature Residents Move In which Will Effect the Residents whom are Responsible to Move Out...That would not be a Good Thing and the Complex won't have as Good of a Reputation if It Continues. I do hope the Office Personnal will be More Careful in Whom they Allow to Reside at San Marin.
