Happy Camper!

I love living at San Marin. The staff has pretty much been the same since the new company has taken over. They have turned this place around. My neighbors are very friendly. The price I pay for my apartment is pretty reasonable. All my work orders get taken care of in a good amount of time and if something goes wrong the office calls me to follow up. So what if there is car break ins... It happens EVERYWHERE! My car has never been broken into. (Knock on wood). I make sure to take all electronics out of my car at night so no one has a reason to break into it. That is just common sense.. I really like the dinner to-go's the new management does and the pool party was so much fun this year! I even won $50 off my rent :) As far as the bugs go, the place backs up to the woods.. There will be bugs! They have free pest control that comes every Thrusday or Friday.(Unsure of the day). I guess the people that write the reviews about the bugs are not from Texas... C'mon its just bugs! The only thing I have seen in my apartment is millipedes. The office put a note on the door about that and took care of it the next day. I will probably be at San Marin for a while and dont plan on going anywhere! :)
