Okay Place to Live, but Better Places Out There

I lived here for almost a year. My lease is coming to a close in about 2 months, however the staff gave me my rent rate for next year about a day before I was supposed to give them the 60-day notice to vacate. I was looking around at other places and you can seriously live somewhere else much better and for less. If you want to live around this neighborhood, look into leasing a house, townhouse, or duplex. If you seriously want to live in an apartment, go with Riata, at least they have nice amenities and have a large gym and trails. Here it took them almost 2 months to get a stupid bench fixed. Look around, dont settle. Besides the rooms arent' that big, the balconies are bigger than the rooms. Oh, and by the way, I never had my car broken into, but I had some idiot throw coffee and coffee grains on my car because I accidently took 2 parking spaces. I'm just glad nothing was broken or stolen. People seem not to care about your property, I have scratches all over my vehicle from cars parking too close to me. I wish they would put designated parking spaces, that way at least you know who is parking next to you.
