I could write a novel about all of the bad experiences we have had with san marin. I am going on my third year in my wonderful apartment but ever since Berkshire brothers have taken over the property it has been by far the worst it has ever been. This new management has come into a place that a lot of people have called home for some time and inconsiderably ruined all of thesurrounding landscape and lied to my face the entire time it was being done. If you ever seen San Marin before you have a very good eye. Our surrounding landscape was the only thing dividing my apartment from busy duval road. I was told that it was for fire safety I was told that it was going to be completely redone with new trees and a fence, then I was straight up told that they were done and were doing nOthing other than clear the property. Anyways I have a window that has leaked for as long as I can remember and have gone through two management teams to try and get it fixed and it just turns into one outstanding maintenance request after another and getting ahold of anyone in this office is impossible including the "manager" Eli morales. We are now moving out of San Marin our home for almost three years with much sadness and disappointment. I have now had to have my lease terminated early because of the lack of respect or consideration that this new management has for the tennants that called this home way before they showed up. I'm going to end this by letting you in on the straw that broke the camels back. Eli morales has decided that hes not worried about the repairs now since we are moving out he looked me in the face and said he was going to completely remodel out apartment once we move out. But it has taken 2months to come by and fix a leaking sink to name one of the laundry list of items. Sad to see how someone can do this to someone and get away with it. To straight up ignore your calls say they are not there but when u show up in person they are there but can't talk for another reason. Anyways hopefully with this letter I will save someone else the trouble. Oh and don't bother trying to get ahold of the district property supervisors... They are just as hard to get ahold of...
