Dear Resident, I want to thank you for spending the time to write this feedback. I am sorry to hear you have some concerns. I would like to speak to you directly so I can get to the root of these problems. I invite you to please call the office so we can apologize and find a way to move forward. I respect that you have chosen to remain anonymous in your posting, but without knowing who you are, I cannot research your records and previous service requests to see where the ball has been dropped. I would like the chance to do this so we can make amends and improve our customer service in the future. Our goal is to maintain an open, professional and courteous customer relationship and if you do not feel satisfied then we have failed our part and would like to make it right.
